Micro Labs Limited (individually or collectively called as “us”, “we”, or “Micro Labs”) is the owner and publisher of the software and applications provided by Micro Labs, including but not limited to the website www.anemiafreelife.com. This privacy policy “Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, disclose and protect Personal Data of the Users of the Services, including the Practitioners, and the visitors of the Website (jointly and severally referred to as “you ” or “Users” in this Privacy Policy). and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011) continues to apply to matters not occupied by the DPDP Act and DPDP Rules, this Privacy Policy shall be read consistently with such provisions as well.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Analyzing software usage patterns for improving Service design and utility; and 3. Analyzing anonymized practise information for legitimate uses. We may disclose your personal data where required to do so by law, to comply with a judgment, decree or order, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to protect personal safety, the public, or our websites, in each case to the extent permitted under the DPDP Act and other applicable laws.

3.3

Micro Labs does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Services and, therefore, Micro Labs specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Services. You agree that you waive any claims against Micro Labs relating to the same, and to the extent such waiver may be ineffective, you agree to release any claims against Micro Labs relating to the same.

However, Micro Labs shall not be held liable for any loss or theft of data arising from unauthorised access to the User’s own electronic devices through which the User avails the Services.

Micro Labs implements reasonable security practices and procedures and has a comprehensive documented information security programme and information security policies that contain managerial, technical, operational and physical security control measures that are commensurate with respect to the information being collected and the nature of Micro Labs’ business.

Micro Labs takes your right to privacy very seriously and, other than as specifically stated in this Privacy Policy, will only disclose your Personal Data where it is required to do so by law, rule, regulation, an order of a court or the Data Protection Board of India, a law enforcement agency, governmental authority, or similar legal requirement, or where Micro Labs, in its sole discretion, considers it necessary to protect its rights or the rights of others, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud and credit risk, or to enforce the Terms of Use.

Micro Labs does not undertake any liability for unauthorised use of your account and password. Micro Labs may, therefore, retain and submit such records to the appropriate authorities, or to hospitals and testing laboratories that request access to such data, in accordance with applicable law and, where applicable, your consent.

Part of the functionality of Micro Labs is assisting patients to access data relating to them. Micro Labs may, therefore, retain and submit such records to the relevant patients, or to their doctors.

4.6

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Micro Labs is not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your Personal Data by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties. In the event there are significant changes in the way Micro Labs treats User’s personally identifiable information, or in this Privacy Policy itself, Micro Labs will display a notice on the website so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the Services.
